What is ICI and what does it do to butene?

I'm supposed to draw the product of the addition of ICl to 1-butene and figure out which halogen is more likely to form a halonium ion?

I've looked all over my textbook, even the index and I can't find what ICI is. I couldn't even find it in google. Would anyone happen to know?

THANKS!

Answer:
ICl is iodine monochloride. Due to the electronegativity difference between iodine and chlorine it is a source of electrophilic iodine. If you react this with butene you will get the iodo-chloro butane ie If you have 2-butene you will get CH3CHICHClCH3. If you have 1-butene you should get ICH2CHClCH2CH3. I hope this helps you out.
