How do crack and cocaine differ?

i know that crack is made from coke, but how is it an easier and cheaper process if it is made from cocaine? how do these two drugs differ?

Answer:
Crack is cheaper because it is cocaine that is "cut" (mixed) with baking soda and then converted to a crystal form.

Crack is in popular literature more addictive than cocaine, but I'm not sure if that's actually true.
i think cocaine is finner and more expensive and crack is made anywhere
I don't know, I thought crack was a weaker version of coke!

I won't go into the way it's made, just know this, one time and your addicted to crack. AND, your gonna destroy yourself, your family and friends, and then your gonna die from it.
Seriously, not a joke.
Crack is cocaine mixed with baking soda - so it takes less coke to make crack and makes it cheaper. When the two items are cooked together it changes the chemical make up of the two - and somehow makes the drug extremely addictive.
crack you smoke.. coke you snort...
not from experience or nothing. but crack is cheap because you cook coke and mix it with different things and it expands to more. its like taking cake batter you paid $20.00 for, baking a cake and braking it into 20 pieces. you paid $20.00 for the batter and sell each piece for 5.00 a piece. 20 times $5.00 is what?? coke is just the weaker form of coke because its cut and somewhat dilluted and its not all natural. thats why its cheaper.
cocaine is pure while crack is cocaine mixed with baking soda
