If the multi-national companies outsources many services to countries like India because of cheap manpower. What will happen to people living in countries where the companies are located.Discuss

Answer:
It is harsh reality that no one can get permanent protection from superior people driving out the inferior in terms of cost. It is better to strive to struggle and enhance competitive strength of one's own. It's hard work, but that is the only natural solution.
Anyone under threat of competition can survive in two ways: killing the stronger competitor by hook or crook, or by increasing one's own pruductive efficiency in relation to the benefits derived. So, people of those countries must kill Indian labor or they themselves become more productive per hour of cost they inflict on the MNCs that employ them. Nothing else happens. They leave the job they were doing in search of new employment, best for them would be torelocate in India.
Layoffs, layoffs, layoffs...

and that country, like we are, would head into another national depression because of job loss and the lower value of the nation currency. But I think in the end, it turn out for the best because big companies will start to crumble under they weight and we will slowly see the rise of the family run business again. Really that is the only way to get things done. Big business has so much red tape that people can't do any "real" work anymore because of all these forms and laibilities and lawsuits and other watses of time.
