If you could change the world, what would you contribute?

I would set up schools or at least playgrounds for children that only children and mentors are allowed to enter and not their parents.
This has been done before but I think it would be really beneficial to do this for groups of people who have historically hate each other.
For instance the Shi'ia and the Sunni Muslims. Obviously those two groups in general hate each other and there probably isn't anything we can do for the current generation, but if we work with the kids maybe things would be better for the future.
If they played with each other when they were kids and befriended each other maybe things would be different and they wouldn't kill each other and learn to coexist.
I would help children. #1 priority, no matter what. Because they deserve everything good that could possibly come their way more than anyone else in the world.
I would abolish abject poverty! I would find a way to make certain that no child goes to bed hungry, nor does he/she have to beg for money to buy food. or worse, prostitute themselves in order to survive.
To eliminate starving children in poor countries, I would have envoys educate the adults on birth control, which would probably be hard because they might have to break through religious beliefs. But if they could understand that they don't HAVE to have their children die, that they can prevent having children who are doomed to early graves, that would be PARAMOUNT. We would, of course, also instruct on and distribute birth control methods. If that worked, I would be an extremely happy person.
I would instill in everyone a basic understanding of economics.
Make it illegal to have any other parties than the party i am in. Use a successing ethnic group as a scape goat for all of our economic and social problems. No spread of non-state religion. 1 in every 3 children drafted into military, primarily the army. No private owned corporations. Hmm what else? Deporting of anyone under a certain annual income.
After this is all established my country will then spend 40% of its tax revenue towards technology and space colonization.
i`ll reallocate money and resources to help poor countries_hense people_to have better quality of life...nowadays too much rich and too much poor...not fair
