World oil production has been flat for four years, has the world now reached its production peak?

Answer:
I think I read where OPEC still has a quota. Which means they could possibly sink new wells and pump more oil if they decided they wanted to do that.

If the U. S. completely took over Iraq, and the Iraqi people would settle down, quite possibly more oil could be pumped from there.
World oil production figures are probably available on line if you do a search.

Nope, there is more oil than we ever need. The thing is, oil, like diamonds and gold, are tightly controlled. We will never know the true figures. We just get manipulated around by all the decision makers. Dun use oil! Stop driving cars! Save the environment and drive the OPEC to its black grave.
Don't worry! There are still more oil deposits which have not been exhausted. And we can use them in the future. I have heart that they are enough for more then 30 years to be useful to the world! :)
