Is poverty man made or natural?

I'm worried when i looked at the poverty panoramer in societies. It seems as some people will never get out the vicious cycle of poverty.Are they the caused or nature made them poor?

Poverty is the result of non-appliction of human intellect and physical energy in certain geographical areas/ families. Human beings create wealth through enterprise, hard work, intellect and innovation without blaming others or the nature. Those who blame others or nature find it difficult to get out of poverty.

Wealth is man made. People living in the state of nature run around naked and eat acorns.

A great book for you to read is "The End of Poverty," by Jeffrey Sachs. This guy is no dreamer. He's a highly distinguished economist.

I got the book out of the library just to have something to read. I wasn't expecting much. I put it down at 4:00 a.m.

Poverty is natural. Wealth is man-made.
