I'm sorry to say that unless you begin communicating your thoughts and feelings regarding your employment with me in a very frank manner, then no. We need people here who can have a calm, and friendly discussion of even the most fervent topics. If you have a desire to gain permanent employment with this company, please take a few moments on your next break and write up some of the reasons why we should offer you such a position. Make sure the reasons you list would please me, not just you. Then, when you think I have a few moments, come in and clearly explain these reasons to me. If you approach me in a calm and confident manner with a succinct list of how I could benefit by bringing you in for permanent employment I can almost surly guarantee you the job.
