Answer:
E). Short your competitors stock and buy puts against them while getting plenty of payment in stock options or restricted stock from your own company. Hire people who can get the evidence to out your competitors actions and then take the high road when the news breaks and hammers them. You get rich, probably nominated for some sort of ethical CEO award, and you get to sleep at night because you aren't a dirt bag CEO that abuses the less fortunate to enrich themselves.
D.
If you read Dilbert comics, you will realise that problems disappear if you ignore them long enough.
You could do merger, re-org, change management, release bad news etc to get your stock prices rising.
I would choose B) do nothing while other companies triple their income. and risk losing your job. Because I know I can get a similar paying job is available to me because of my competence as a CEO. In the long-run, this establishes my credibilty and I remain ethical with my own values. In all industries you do not require to use Child Labor. I think it is always better to be CEO presiding over adults that a CEO leading children.
thats the reason im taking time to become a CEO...i believe there is no need to use these crooked ...cruel..cheap methods
C) Is illegal, I don't see how this is even an option.
And I'd say I'd resign. I'm sure I could make enough in a couple months to support myself for a decade. :P
