Just get children well educated and imbibe values like ethics, honesty, integrity, love for people and then allow them to take their own initiative, Each man is capable of exploring, experimenting to make a successful career in mone-making. But most do not have the education, the ethical and moral value strength and the urge to excel on one's own initiative.
No need to worry about others getting engaged: one should concentrate on getting oneself meaningfully engaged.
