do u think the eu will be the next superpower or will it be china or india. t
Answer:
China is the fastest growing economy. It's experiencing the same growth the USA had in the early 20th century and Britain during the Industrial Revolution. So it is the best candidate to become the next superpower.
India is also experiencing growth, and in some areas it has more potential than China. It has a huge middle-class population (same population as the whole USA), which are educated and speak English, so therefore has easier access to international markets. India has always had the problem of a brain-drain, whereby its most educated people leave in droves to seek out more opportunities, but now this trend has changed and more are now coming back to India.
The EU in my opinion, will not become a superpower, and although its GDP is the biggest in the world, it has continuing problems regards to an old declining population, with some of its countries having a socialist economy which limits growth.

China , or India, would probably be the most logial answers. I personally believe that Columbia also has an off chance off acheiveing major power. The key to any of these countries obtaining the title of supreme power is military technology. The first country to come up with the biggest new weapon will more then likely earn that respect;however, if you are sticking purely GDP and GNP, or economic power, I still beleive Columbia will surprise.
probably china as they are the most cohesive out of the ones you have mentioned, Thier power lies with thier industrial strength and the fact that they are investing very heavily in africa.. India has no formal boundry issues other than the squables with Pakistan, The EU is yet to tie itself together and form one government and one army, but if this were to happen then the EU would be the most powerfull conventional army and the most powerfull economically .
I think i will be India. Even though China's economy is rising rapidly, I think it will slow down for two reason; China is not actually leading the market in innovation, secondly i think their Communist-like government is not exactly the right medium for a capitalist economy. India, However, is a democracy and leading innovation in some part of the industry.
everyone is ignoring Russia, but they are on the rise again, and will soon be the main supplier of Gas to Europe. Mark my words
China. When they go to war they have Russia and Africa behind them. Also I am sure many others would take it as a chance to nail the US.
The next financial superpower will be Russia , it has gone through a big change and is rich with minerals and oil. When they are re organised they will be a dominant power on the financial scene. They have more natural recources than any other country , and when they become accustomed to being free and solve the internal probs , they will bloom. They were under communist rule for a long time and will take them a while to establish themselves as a free market.
China for me
Ireland..just you wait we have money we just refuse to flaunt it around!! Up the Leprechauns!!!
There's one country everyone fears and when they build a nuclear arsenal they could do what they want to the world, Iran.
I think Russia but UK should be a superpower too, it is a shame politicians are lame and political correctness has destroyed the country in every sense...
EU
