1) Employees
2) Customers
3) Shareholders/investors
4) "the world" (e.g. will this decision harm the environment in the long run even if it boosts my company's profit in the short run?).

If you can't figure out why any of these prespectives are important, then you should drop the class you're taking. ;-)
