Hello Amero, Goodbye dollar?
After researching this topic, NAFTA, killing Saddam, and changing our currency suddenly makes scary sense. The dollar is worth squat. Middle eastern oil sold in Euros is squeezing America. Let's just say the Amero is introduced in 2012, will that put the average american bank account in peril? Reminds me of ten cents on a dollar during the great depression.

Do you think the demise of the dollar is a "planned" event? You see no un-backed paper money in history has withstood the test of time, and economists know this.
We currently see the Canadian dollar slowly gaining in value to reach par with the u. s. dollar.
So, the plan is to replace the dollar in 2012, implement NAFTA, and the USA is regulated to a third world country because of the im-balance with the Mexican money.

It's very scary. Since we are not on the gold standard, our dollar is based on nothing but faith. have you heard of Ron Paul? He is the only presidential candidate talking about these issues. He wants to do away with the Federal Reserve. His message makes sense to me. Saddam wanted to trade oil on the euro, not the dollar. That's why we're in Iraq. Americans really need to wake up and see what's happening to our country. We're losing it bit by bit with no end in sight.

if so i certainly hope we let the canadians design the amero, they are much better with currency than we are. the canadian dollar is practically impossible to counterfeit, and it's a lot nicer looking with all the color and the pictures of animals. only problem is they like to put pictures of some ugly old guy in a dress on their money.
hmm, i've just been informed they call the old guy "the Queen." that shouldn't be a problem, we have a couple of old "queens" on our money already.
