Does Jobs in Global should be evenly divided equally with pay scale? who should control them?

My view is U N should take take, a prototype model should be deployed in some contenents and implemented. Development should be equally going on. There should not be much difference between rich and poor countries. With the Aid of Good IT communities [young talented guys- having moral resposibility of humanity] should be formed and discuss many issues like environment, global politics , people etc. Raise concerns of things to global leaders of the world to come together and involve in solving the issues at right time. since everything is like a chain reaction.
looking forward for good answers from you guys

Answer:
no, it is not possible at all. because the developed countries make their investments in the developing countries because of low salary rate. so if this made equal, automatically they stop investing in the developing nations. this could make a bad impact of not investing in the developing countries which automatically makes that developing country's growth rate slow. in this economics, we can not force the things to do, but it should be done automatically. since majority of the nations became globalised, sooner or later the salary scale will be equal as the country learns to do the things with specialists.
yes this would make the perfect world, but you forget some people don't want the perfect world, they want to control the situation, so they will gain all the profits, it's call greed.

I'm glad to say, I'm not one of them.
