I have been on a couple of interviews and they were the personality ones were u have to circle one answer?

I was wondering if anyone could give me insight into these like when it asks if you saw a co-worker stealing i seem to be failing these because i am not getting any call backs anyone know the answers they are looking for or anything like that .

Answer:
It takes time for a businees to go through all the interviews and see who they want to hire. If you are concerned, then call them up and ask if they had process your application. Show that you are really willing to work for them.

About those questions; there is no right or wrong answer. Only you alone can answer those questions. Of couse they want you to do the right thing but its how you say it or how would you react is the key.
i love surveys
You circle the one that says to report to the manager behind close doors.
Yes, these are personality tests designed to reveal your real personality. Similar questions are asked over again and that is where you will be tripped up if you are lying. Next time you take one of these tests be truthful. Let's face it, we have all stolen from our companies. How about a paper clip? Or making a personal copy on copier? Personal phone calls? That is all considered stealing from the company. It doesn't just mean that you have embezzled money. So, be honest and you will turn out much better. Honesty is the best always.
Answer the questions as to your best common sense. Don't lie, but don't be foolish with your answer, i.e., if you saw your friend stealing something would you a) let them steal and not say anything, b) report them to your manager, c) steal with them, you know what the logical answer would be, b). So, just use your best common sense when taking those questionares. But another word of advice is to have a good resume, have a trusted, mature adult who has experience looking for a job and has held a job for a long time, look over your resume and give you some advice. Also, after your interview, be sure to get a business card or get the proper spelling of their name and send them a follow-up letter thanking them for the time to interview, explain why you are such a good candidate for the job, etc. Then, if you STILL don't hear from them, give the interviewer a call (wait a week or so) and let them know you are just wanting an "update on the open position." Hopefully this helps! It's a rough job market out there in some places, it took me awhile to find my job, so be patient and persistent!
circle which ever one makes you sound like a good person (not to say you're not a good person)..but most of the time, you should just be honest. in the end, its better to be yourself and hold out for that job where you'll fit in best. good luck though!
