What is contract of employment in industrial relations?

Answer:
well basically 1 if you don't sign it you lose your job ...
2 the contract lays out what you can and cant do, including things like how long and how many times you are aloud to go to the toilet.
3 it lays out your rate of pay (which has usually been reduced) and penalty fee's.
4 it gives you your guild lines for employment and the rules that you must follow
5 and also states that anytime that they feel they want to, they can terminate your employment with or with out redundancy.(pay)...
.6 it also states things like if they want you to work a different shift or extra time you will do so or face termination...
these are the new rules and laws brought into play thanks to people like george bush and johnny Howard.
Flogging of the employees will continue until the attitudes have made an adjustment.
