People hate change but love profit. Thing is, if you want to make a profit, then you have to stay ahead of the game, and that means you have to change as the world changes.
The bottom line on globalization is that it does not matter one bit whether I hate it or love it, because like a tsunami is it headed my (and your) way, and we have no say one way or another about whether that wave will hit us. How we respond to globalization is another mattter entirely. We can curl up in a ball, try to be protectionist and lose our competitive advantage completely, becoming a 3rd world country, or we can embrace this change and do what americans have always been good at, innovate!
