What are the two basic issues in labour and productivities in industrial relations?

Issue number one: sharing of the benefits of producitvity increase between labour and the management/owners of the firms (ie. wage rates, incentives, skill upgradation training, etc).
Issue number two: Continuity of employment and career prospects ( retrenchment due to modernisation, redeployment, compensation for loss of employment, etc).
