From my 2cents.. Unless you have massive amounts of D then A does not come into play. It a Farce. Just look at the last few Presidents.

A. Because the others aren't even close. Employment is likely either 3 or 4 on your list because about 6.5% of the working population makes minimum wage which is below the poverty line. This continues on with income as the gap between the wealthy and the poor continues to grow larger every day. The top 5% of the people make roughly 30% of the income. Housing is clearly a long way off as we can see by the mounting foreclosures and overextension of homeowners just to get into a house. There are people who actually have a first payment default. That means they bought a house and never made a single payment.
Voting rights are all set. All you have to do is register and then go vote. If you can't read well then you will have trouble but the fact that you can't read or follow instructions has nothing to do with your rights.
Voting Rights, nobody worries about getting beaten for going to the polls any more.
