What are some of the countries that have universal health care?

And HOW did they get universal health care? Is it by taxing?

I believe the UK does, but I am not 100% sure...
I have actually wondered the same thing myself, and questioned why our own government does not have universal health care.
Someone has to pay for universal health care. Government does not work. So the money comes from those who work and are distributed to those who dont. Very fair if you ask me.

Cuba. They round up people with AIDS and HIV and quarantine them on an island. They shoot people who do not cooperate with the regime, so they pay for it with tax, freedom, terror and queues.
