How Keynesian’s multiplier can be calculated algebraically?

Answer:
The multiplier, in its most basic form, is 1/(1-MPC) where MPC is the marginal propensity to consume.

If government spending rises by $1, then total aggregate demand will rise by 1/(1-MPC) dollars.
