Humans have Rights the primary one is the right to fail. We have the Right to defend ourselves and our neighbor. we have the right to make earth better because we were here. Society is not the judge of right, legal nor reasonable. Our laws are to protect the unprotectable. humans have the right to go to court if the law is bad , unjust or unreasonable.
Animals and plants do not have rights.
We protect them with laws because they are useful to us.
