Which one of these 2 Contribute more to INDIA's growth & development? South india or North india

South India
North
South India... literacy rate is more. If u see in north India, the woman r made to stay in the house & men stop education after a bachelor degree or less than that. Then they continue their own family business & there is no income going to the treasury of India.

I've love Indians & have no grudge against north Indians..let me make it clear.
It is hard to compare between south india and north india., may be a better comparison would between south and west India.

My personal opinion based on the FDI, Unemployment Rates, Percapita income, Forex reserve, infrastructre development, I think south has and will contribute more to India's growth and development.
Both as a whole to the country as any comparison would not be justified.

if u need both hands to work and two eyes to see and to ears to listen and to legs to walk

than INDIA need south India and North India to grow and develop

I do not think there is any need of comparing the contribution of the two regions . Every Indian is contributing its might towards the growth and development of the country".Certain factors which may influence the mentality of the people in favour of or against the one include :
- Education Standards : difference in standards in the two regions;
- Corruption : Level of the corruption in the two regons.
-Moral values : here definitely southern region seems to be ahead of northern region;
-Political interference : politicians of both the regions play politics and genrate fear psychosisin the minds of the people.Here, I think southern region politicians are much more involved than that of NI.
Therefore, instead of regional development we may result in lead t regional fighting and no growth or development.
as per a report in India Today, South India is over-all more developed than North, West or East. hence, South India has the highest contribution
