It would difficult to define household in either country. Would you count by postal addresses? Does the government do a regular census and publish results?
Income is also a phantom indicator. Cuba uses local currency for some transactions and the U.S. dollar for others. Besides, barter is a major component of the economy. Neither country has an income tax, so you can not go by that either.
The UN and NGOs keep a lot of economic statistics but I do not believe they publish the one you are asking for.
