Now a days almost all the News papers are having their own website, my browsing through net and looking for Archives will give you full articles published in that particular newspaper. Even the offices of the Newspaper may help you in getting the required information. You can contact a few popular newspapers of your area and get the information.
EBSCO Host is good for that sort of thing, but you need a subscription. Libraries and schools are a good bet. Town libraries are iffy, but school libraries ate a definite. If you've got a college near you, use their compy.
