I am working on my field (Economics), earning a lot of money, but I dislike it. It's boring to me.?

waht do you think, should I leave it for another field with less maoney that I earn now or I should sustain it?

Answer:
I'd say do what makes you happy. If you think you'd be happy doing something else don't let anyone tell you, you can't. I wouldn't leave it though if the job you plan on working at is like Mcdonalds or something. Ask yourself questions though like ,"Is the money worth it?", "Could I survive on less of an income?", "Why don't I like my current job and what makes me think I'll like the one I want to go into?" and a bunch more including, "Will I be happier?"

Hope it helps and you find what you're looking for!!

Dude, CIA hires economists.
I think you should take a part time job at minimum wage. you'll go running back to your cushy job crying and shaking and praying you never have to go back to work like that again

See if you can get time off or a shorter day at work.
There cant be anything more boring than a boring job that involves numbers. Try going out. With friends or others.
I say stick with it. One of the most difficult things to do is to earn good money. I can tell you from experience that there is no such thing as a job that you enjoy (99.9% of the time). True, some folks get lucky and enjoy their work, but most people would kill to have a good paying job.
Life is way too short to be stuck especially in a career doing something you dislike and are uninterested in. Money is nice and good but if you can get away with doing something that you can look back on in life and feel fulfilled it is worth much more than money can ever give you.
A change could be better for your happiness, if you can afford to live on less money.
