Run a market economy, yes. Keep the exchange rate cometitive. Make sure the education system helps people to develop marketable skills, is not over-academic in its focus. Teach people, especially children, fundamental human values like love, peace, moral conduct, truth, honesty and non-violence. because without these, a growing economy is worthless, and besides, widespread practice in any country of dishonourable business and dishonest relationships will lead to periodic economic breakdowns and crises (as we se in Nigeria, Zimbabwe and some other African countries today). Use government spending to build roads and clinics and other really necessary things, not palaces, and charge people a little for using them. Don't start any wars. Keep out of oher countries' wars.
