Answer:
The real estate value may remain high because it has real value. Or the value could take a major tumble. If investors ride it out the US economy has shown time and again to only grow over the long term so I would imagine Chinese investors would hang on to their real estate investments ride out the storm and be in a better position than before. Heck if real estate took a nose dive I would say buy all you can while it's on sale.
