How has globalization expanded the horizions of your own world?



Answer:
I hire immigrant workers with visas for 9 mos. out of the year. They have allowed my business to survive. I had a labor shortage and they were the answer. They are all legal, pay taxes, and work hard. I don't pay them sub standard wages. They make me money and I pay them accordingly. So the globalization of labor and the ability to acquire the labor we need from outside sources has kept mine and many other businesses profitable. As a result my community benefits and the American workers we hire continue to have their jobs as we all work together for the same goal.
