How can education improve the quality of population?

here i mean to say that if in and area people are more educated than a certain area , so will the "quality" of population improve ??

Answer:
Think of it this way, if you had a truck which was in very good working condition, wouldn't it make more money for you than a truck which spent most of its working life in the workshop being serviced? So it is with people; if they are sick, or uneducated, or under-educated, they will not contribute either to their own well being or to the well being of society, and will in fact be a drag on society.
So if your population is mostly made up of qualified people like doctors and lawyers, engineers and artisans, the country will be much more advanced than a country of illiterate, unhealthy people who have to depend on the state for sustenance.
The greatest asset of a country is its people, so if the asset is broken down, the country wont advance. A country which is advancing can spend more money on research and development, so technology will be on the cutting edge at all times and there will be more advancement. Much more could be added, and I know I have rambled, but I am just typing as the thoughts come to me.
Yes, when people became educated. So, they know every thing about population. By studing science and the bad effect of population they wil never throw garbage but in that area there should be garbage boxes.
The quality of any stuff improves/becomes better if it is considered as a resource. People are considered as resources but only if they are educated or knows any kind of work. Automatically when people are educated they become a resource of the country which in turn improves the quality of the population of the country which will help in the development of the country coz the more educated the more ideas we get.
education improves the quality of life of the population, for a little example.

If one person does not know how to grow a crop of corn, and another does, the person that does know could supply the other with corn to help feed that person, this would have to continue for the rest of their lives because the uneducated person will never know how to take care of a crop to feed him/herself.

If the person who knows can teach the other to grow and harvest a crop of corn then the other person will be able to care for themselves. they may teach other people to grow corn and care for themselves, this enhances life because instead of being uneducated and dependant on others, the person becomes educated and independant.

there are now 2 people who are able to teach and supply corn...

this is a good example, I'm not religious but even jesus said "give a man a fish and he will eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he'll eat for a lifetime"
