What improvements are needed in haiti to make the economy better?

Haiti is as good of a "tourist" country as is the Dominican Republic (where I'm from). The one problem is that the political instability of Haiti prevents anything from being done there. I like that Wyclef Jean is trying to build the tourism. I also think that the export of their crops will better their situation. They have coffee, tobbacco, plnatains, bananas, sugar cane, etc. I found some facts online but these are just the surface:
