That's been happening since right after world war 2. The gap between the rich and the poor has continued to increase. There is an interesting parallel in history, right before the French revolution. You should read up on that. It makes one wonder why the liberals are so eager to take guns away from the citizens.

I live in Dayton Ohio and although this was the home of the Wright Brothers(inventors of flight),the birthplace of the inventions of the pop-top,cash register,ice-tray,the electric starter for every vehicle we drive today,and many other inventions, we are the top city of job lost in Ohio if not America.There are no jobs here but if your lucky you can get a fast-food job which will have you making enough to bareley pay rent. Many people go to college for 4-5 years and find themselves unable to get a job in the career in the field they went to school for. It's rediculious.
well, the middle class is dwindling. Everything has gotten more expensive but people work longer and make the same amount of money. meanwhile, the people who already have money are doing fine. Our government is not doing enough to remedy this. The middle class is what made this country an icon to the world.
Of cos, it's happening around the world with the fear factor of 7.
