Is there any oil in Brazil, India and China?

Answer:
Yes, Brazil, China and India have oil (petroleum oil).
See wikepedia:
Countries where production can be increased
Regular Oil Depletion (projected)

Brazil peak discovery 1996 peak production 2012
for China and India the position is China 1953 2005
India 1974 2004
So these countries are not the major countries in terms of Oil production or reserves. But they are going to be leading consumers. Brasil will have ethanol to support.
