What is currency made of?



Answer:
it represents its value in the economy (i.e. its strenght of the nations wealth)
money. all others are actually means of representing it
According to the Constitution, our currency is supposed to be made from gold or silver. Having to carry around large bags of gold coins was illiminated ny issuing gold or silver certificates. This was illegally done away with and our money is now made from worthless paper.
