I disagree with the above answer on 16. I believe services and nondurables are affected by the business cycle since they are very time sensitive. capital and durables last through the cycle so are more relavent to long term trends.
for 19 i don't know what you are look at but to figure real GDP you take:
[New RGDP - old RGDP] / old RGDP take that times 100% to get the % growth
to the guy above me u dont multiply by 100% that makes no sense, u multiply by 100 to get your answer into a percentage instead of a whole number
