Is it true that stadistics show that Mexico will be in the top 9 economies in the next 40 years?

Yeah I heard that in a lecture, where the exposer (an american guy) said that China, India, USA, Mexico, and some other european countries are going to be the most succesfull economies in the next 40 years, I mean I think that China and India are going to be succesfull but how is Mexico entering to this list if we still have a lot of old politics that don't let us grow like the non privatization of the oil industry? the exposer said that we will achive this place with projects like 'punta colonet port' that is going to be more important than the long beach port in California and other projects like 'silicon border' that is going to make of Mexico a major technology inventor and producer, but still I can't figure out how a country like Mexico will take this places from countries like Italy and UK, I mean I am Mexican (I live in mexico city) and I don't see this in my country, it looks like a very distant future, but stats show it, by the way where can I check this kind of information?

Answer:
Some ultra long range forecasts were made by a famous consulting company, which suggested that the most populous countries in the future will be the richest.

Why? Because the technology and human development that we find in the West today is increasingly available in poorer countries.

A factory that is opened in Vietnam today is likely to be cutting-edge, using the same technology if it was opened in Germany.

Mexico has a strong population growth, a reasonably business-friendly legal environment and is right next door to the world's largest market.

Mind you, there are infrastructural bottlenecks, which would need to be overcome. Plus dont get me started on Mexico City's smog.
wow! what an interesting question. you are always sending messages to me because you are so alone. loo at the table of answers. there is only one. and it is mine. now stop and think for a moment: is your question too great?
It is very plausible if you measure by total GDP, not per head. Assume a reasonably good growth rate for Mexico and the same as in the past 10 years for US and for European countries and that's how the figures work out.

Mexcio as a developed country with similar incomes per head as Spain. that'll take a little longer, even if you get good governance, pigs flying, etc.
In fact in present time México is the 20th economy in the world, but you can't see it, because is in the USA' s sadow.
