Should economy determine marriage?

Answer:
Do you mean that one should not contemplate marriage till one has a regular income and a nest egg in the bank ? It is certainly easier to make many decisions when the economy is stable and unemployment is low but I doubt that many people in the world today would necessarily delay marriage due to economic difficulties. Look at the personal debt that people in so called first world countries have accumulated.
It should be a factor to consider but not a decision about marriage.
No that's ridiculous.
