Some mennonites seem wealthy and use modern equipement how do they earn a living?

I live in the Fingerlakes area of NY and the Mennonites seem to always be building new schools and have modern equipment. With so many farmer's bailing out how can they make a good living.

Answer:
As a semi-closed community they probably do a lot of co-operative and group economic activity, allowing them to distribute the costs of seed and new combines more easily than independent farmers. If the individual member of the community are not all buying big screen tvs, cable, and xbox 360s they have more money to use for towards group purchases. They may also enjoy certain tax benefits like the Amish do but I don't know about that.
