What resources are abundant and scarce here in the Philippines?

Answer:
Land and Capita is generally scarce in most countries. But in most Asian countries labour is abundant. That is why lot of labour search for jobs abroad. Mineral resouces may be limited also.
Depends on your definition of "abundant". Per square km or even per capita, the country has abundant deposits of some minerals, such as nickel; abundant amount of thermal heat sources for power generation; abundant amounts of the Philippine tamarraw (that's a cheat).

In relative terms (say to Japan), the labor/capital ratio in the Philippines is greater, so it's labor-abundant; compared to Australia the labor/land ratio is smaller, so land is scarce.
