I've heard that Tunnocks Caramels are very highly taxed in America and Canada, is this true? If so why?

My friend went out to America a while back and said the next time he goes he's taking a case of Tunnocks Caramels because he could make a fortune selling them.

Answer:
Never heard of em. If they seemed expensive maybe it was because they were sold in some specialty foreign goods store for yuppies, with a high markup.
i prefer caramel logs!
i don`t think yer mate would make his fortune
on a case of biscuits,
try to hire a container ship instead.
