What kind of firms (in the USA) use price discrimination method to maximize profit?

For example: Cinemas, MTA (new york subway) etc. I need more firms

Answer:
Software companies often sell their software cheaper to university students and faculty.

.
WAL-MART.
Airlines, restaurants
The classic example is the airline industry: Often times few travellers pay the same:

Those who book in advance reveal to the airline that they require a lower price.

Those who book late reveal that they are willing to pay more (such as business travellers).

I imagine that hotels and other similar travel sector industries do the same thing.

My favorite example is the education industry that absolutely charges the marginal benefit of every student by basically starting with a huge tuition price and then lower it according to each student's ability to pay (through financial aid, loans, etc.). Truly no two students pay the same amount (unless they happen to both pay full tuition).
