1) educate the uneducated (this is the first task)
Sectors:
Undoubtedly agri-culture but the Govt. has already formulted many policies but it is not been utilised for want of Finance and required knowledge.
So, Rural finance programs for Agri, Handicraft is a must.
Setting up of more Agri-universities to make more efficient farming.
The Service Sector (IT related) is giving good per capita income so a major thrust on this to make India a much stronger Hub.
the IT sector has jump-started the economic growth, as has the Banking sector
the services and mfg sector have driven the Indian economy to new highs, but agriculture still holds it back
