What would cause gas to go up again this year?

It's already going down and I hope it goes down more. BUt what would cause it to increase again within the next 7 weeks?

A catastrophic rare hurricane that damages the oil refineries in the Gulf of Mexico. But they don't usually come til August or September.
An oil strike in Africa
or a shortage.

I think it might go up breifly around 4th of July but then fall again afterwards.

it will go up as people start driving around for summer vacations. it's gonna get real bad on Labor day and July 4th

We need more competition like Hydrogen stations which uses water for the energy source H2O channelling the hydrogen to activate the vehicle and discarding oxygen into the air which is non-polluting.Scwarzennegger is promoting this in California and it's catching on quickly.
