Company factories tying to give poor countries reallly high wages?

Are there any companies that are making the effort to give their workers in poor countries high wages to boost their economy?

There are some serious problems, in which companies are not really motivated to do as you speculate.

The way capitalism functions today, the companies are trying to maximize their profits, and we are at grave risk of a political and economic melt down of many nations if a balance cannot be achieved.
i havent heard of any, and if there was, one would like to think they would want people to know. theres a lot of mention re. those exploititing poor countries for cheap labour.
