Horsman's Gold Medal Baby?

I have a brass colored coin with "Horsman's Gold Medal Baby" stamped in a circle around a baby on one side. On the other side "Keep this coin and good luck will follow you" is stamped on the other along with a swastika and other symbols.
I got this from my Great Uncle who fought in WWII in the Indian theater. I know a swastika is originally sanskrit and is used widely in that area but why would the stamp be in English? Anyway has anyone ever seen one of these?
