Answer:
hi,
modernisation is something that is a prerequisite for every country due to globalisational effects. a country needs to modernise its technology, its township programmes, infrastructure, and even attitudes to survive in this race. unemployment is an issue closely related with developing countires.the developed countries have no worries when it come sto globalisation and modernisation because they are the main suppliers of these technologies and infrastructure and are an example of excellence in their mdern townships, gizmos, etc. the sufferers are the developing countries. to catch up withthe developed countries, they have introduced a volley of modernisation programmes, without even thinking of the social effects like poverty and unemployment. suddenly all the developing countries have started using capitalistic methods of production to reduce production time, increase efficiency, etc. they require less labour forces but their populations are ever increasing. as a result of this the labour force is being thrown out of its jobs, specially the unskilled labour.
thus modernisation needs to be coincided with the removal of unemployment. the developing countries need to have social engineering projects that will take care of both modernisation and emplyment. many emplyment programmes in rural areas make use of labour for the construction of dams, building , roads etc.thus providing for infrastructure in rural aras and providing emplyment as well.
this will help modernisation coincide with removal of unemployment.
You questions is nonsense and can't be answered. I suggest you learn english before you try to write a paper.
your question is certainly poorly phrased and asking questions for assigned papers should probably be done in relatively proper english, not hack n slash forum speak.

however

I dont know what you need to say about modernization, but for the bit about unemployment, look a little graph known as the "Phillips Curve". It relates the unemployment rate to the rate of monetary inflation, and shows that as unemployment decreases, inflation will increase. Therefore, to eliminate unemployment in the short run, the rate of inflation will be astronomical. unfortunately, even this does not matter, as it can be shown, that over the long run, there is a natural rate of unemployment (from various factors). Thus unemployment cannot be removed.
modernization is simply improvement in economic term. it coincides with employment (or removal of unemployment) simply because as a country is in the process of modernization, it demands human labor to be part of it. for example, any modern day gadget cannot operate on its own and needs people, hence employment. and if employed, you have wages and other benefits that a person will use for his daily life and will therefore improve his economic life and that is a part of modernization. you can expand whatever you are writing when a person gets employed that leads to modernizing his life and its country as well.
Very simple to answer your question :
As we move towards the 21st century... technology and computers have taken over jobs that used to be done by humans thus, people become jobless... the more modernized our society becomes, the more the increase of jobless people.
objective of modernization means: the aim to have more modern and advanced technology as time goes by
Hope this helps you..
