Which EU country is the most vocal and most regretful about adopting the euro currency?

For an added touch, which EU country suffered the most or had the most negative effects from the currency?

Answer:
That would be Italy, but that is because it did not meet the economic standards to enter the currency but was aloud in for political reasons. Also the Northern League, right wing elitists from the north of Italy have been vocal about loosing the Lira.

Italy is however more stable because of the single currency. Normally they would have devalued their currency, which in hindsight has been beneficial as Italy is starting a recovery and the devaluation would have been damaging.
