Anyone under threat of competition can survive in two ways: killing the stronger competitor by hook or crook, or by increasing one's own pruductive efficiency in relation to the benefits derived. So, people of those countries must kill Indian labor or they themselves become more productive per hour of cost they inflict on the MNCs that employ them. Nothing else happens. They leave the job they were doing in search of new employment, best for them would be torelocate in India.
