Average cost of concrete blocks for a project?

How much do cinder blocks cost? do they come by the pallet? and if so can someone either give me an average per block price or per pallet price? I am wanting to build a fallout shelter.
I plan to fill the blocks with cement

I will be making the walls 1 block thick and the roof will be 4 blocks thick with an additional 2 feet of ground over top.

so yes, this is under ground. I will make a stairway to descend to the shelter door. and use normal celar ground doors to cover this stairwell.

Again original question is, for a projec tliek this how much is cost per block or per pallet? I already have figured concrete costs roughly.
