Can you explain to me how a ROCKET WORKS?? thanks?
Answer:
A rocket expells some kind of propellant, usually a hot gas released from combustion. Because the rocket is "pushing" all of this gas out, the gas "pushes" the rocket in the opposite direction, a la Newton's 3rd law.
Rockets works on Newtons third law of motion.
"For every action there will be an equal and opposite reaction".
Rockets expell a propellenat with very high velocities wich is an action and in reaction the rocket will move forward. Ofcourse the aerodynamic design of the body of rocket will help it moving with a lesser reaction,
