How to design a panel board having a load of 250 Amps connected to it?

The panel should be having an incommer sdf or MCCB of 250 Amps , a energy meter , metering panel and outgoing sdf.

Answer:
It can be done but tell me whether you want to design 1-phase or 3-phase panel board.
For 3-phase, 440 Volts : - you need following material
MS BOARD - 2' X 2'
SFU (SWITCH FUSE UNIT) - 1 NO.FN 400, MAKE -L&T
FUSE - 3 NOS. HRC,TYPE - HN,L&T,SF94335,400A
KWH- 3-PHASE, 0-500 KW, 440 V,
AMMETER- 0 - 400 A, CT RATIO AS PER CT
Procedure-
* Mount SFU FN 400 in MS board
* Connect 3 cores of incoming cable to 3 terminals of SFU and connect 3 fuses in outgoing.
* Connect KWH meter in out going as per connections shown in KWH meter drawing (you will get a drawing with KWH metrer)
* For ammeter if load is balanced then connet ammeter in any of the phase and if it is an unbalanced load then you need three separate ammeters.
* Connect ammeter through CT
* Be carefull ammeter CT ratio and CT turn ratio should be same.
Note : - Ask if you face any probled in procedure.
